WHO WE ARE
From childhood friends to business partners, Jeffrey Revel, Rakeem Vick, and Paul Miller Jr. launch R3vel & Vick Sports and Entertainment (R3V) on June 19th, 2021. R3V sports is a full-service sports and entertainment agency, to increase diversity and minority representation in the sports industry. We are from PG county MD, and from being former athletes, college coaches and working in athletic marketing departments decided to embark on our journey.
Our team is comprised of successful individuals who provides various services, including contractual, legal and financial advisement, marketing and endorsements, career development, pre-draft planning, and assistance regarding the NCAA player benefit policies.
Our Mission
Our mission is to increase black representation of athletes within all competitive sports. In the NFL 60% of athletes are minorities, while less then 10% have minority representation. R3V has created a strategic and innovative approach, to change the misperception of minorities being successful in sports outside of just being the athlete.
Our Vision
Our vision is to become one of the top sports and entertainment agencies around the world, while providing our clients with the ability succeed not just in their athletic career but their personal endeavors. We would like to provide our clients with the tools to position themselves to build wealth well beyond their playing careers. We will complete this vision by providing clients with innovative marketing ideas, strategic economic forecasting, financial planning, and providing a true family atmosphere with our clients.
